Sales Leader Development Program (SLDP) – WALK IN TEST IN BANDUNG

Responsibilities:
* Strategic development program in Sales & Distribution department aimed at bringing in ready made candidate as Future Sales Supervisor. As Supervisor Sales, the incumbent will be responsible to ensure smooth distribution activities of all Sales Executive within the boundaries of area, to maintain consistency of distribution level target and monitor product availability, freshness, visibility, and price within incumbent’s sales in order to maintain product competitiveness which meet the Area Sales Manager business plan given.
Requirements:

* Areas around Indonesia Based
* Willing to be relocated to other area/city in Indonesia
* General Qualifications:
* Hold Bachelor Degree (S1) with min. GPA 2.75;
* Hold Diploma Degree (D4) with min. GPA 2.75;
* Any education background;
* Have not joined the written test for Supervisor Area Marketing (SAM) and Sales Executive (SE) within last 1 year.
* Qualifications for Experienced Candidate:
* Year of graduation not more than 5 years ago;
* Having 1-3 years experience as Sales Supervisor from Retail, Distribution/FMG Companies.
* Qualifications for Fresh Graduation Candidate:
* Year of graduation not more than 2 years ago;
