JAMBI – Saat ini 14/13 ini tepat pukul 11.00 wib akan berlangsung acara pembukaan Job Fair di lantai dasar WTC Batanghari Jambi. Ini langsung dibuka oleh Menteri Teanaga Kerja, Muhaimain Iskandar. Maka bagi yang berminat ikut dalam ajang mencari kerja tersebut, maka Job Fair ini bisa diikuti oleh siapa saja yang ingin bekerja. Ketentuan penerimaan terendah pendidikan SMP dan tertinggi pendidikan sarjana. Untuk job fair ini berlangsung hingga 17 November nanti. Hal ini disampaikan oleh Kepala Dinas Sosial, Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi, Rafli Nur.

Dikatakanya lagi, ini merupakan agenda tahunan untuk masyarakat yang butuh kerja dengan langsung mengikuti tes ditempat, bila memenuhi syarat perusahaan, maka bisa langsung ikut bergabung kerja dalam perusahaan tersebut. Mengingat masih banyak tenaga pengangguran yang ada di Provinsi Jambi. Kalau untuk perusahaannya sudah ada sebanyak 50 perusahaan besar. “Sehingga dengan diadakan job fair ini bisa mengurangi angka pengangguran yang ada,”ucapnya lagi.

Perlu diketahui bahwa job fair ini dibuka secara resmi olehMuhaimin Iskandar. Demi untuk menyaring peminat kerja yang sesuai dengan bidang yang diiginkan oleh perusahaan. “Mengingat kita disini bekerja dengan perusahaan swasta yang dibilang cukup potensi untuk kedepannya, untuk itu marilah kita bergabung bersama-sama dalam pertemuan job fair 2009 ini, yang berlangsung kurang lebih empat hari,”katanya singkat.
