Management Trainee

YOU will be TRAINED, DEVELOPED intensively and be INVOLVED in hands-on business process such as supply chain, logistics, container terminal, trucking management, container vessel business and operation, tanker operation, ships management and special projects to become future leaders of the company to deal with competitive business environment.

(Will be located on all SBU & Branch)

Requirements:

* You should be not more than 28 years old, graduates with outstanding academic qualifications and an excellent record ( min GPA 3.0), and having 0-2 years of working experiences
* Possess an excellent communication skill, analytical thinking, computer literate, fluent in English both oral and written
* Successful candidates will undergo a 6 months 1st program in going through various departments of our operation and doing challenging tasks.
* After acquiring the relevant exposure, training and experience, you may be given a chance to lend your expertise in diverse and challenging areas in one of our departments.

Trading ships sail along Batang Hari river to Boom Batu, Jambi's riverport, one of the busiest parts in Sumatra. To see more of the land, bus riding is an interesting experience. It is 4 hours drive from Palembang and 8 hours drive from Padang.
