Business Development Supervisor (BDS)
(Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung Semarang, Medan, Bali)
Responsibilities:
* Roles and Responsibility:
o Serve as the primary frontline liaison with Citibank customers.
o Build the business by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new customers.
o Develop and implement planning of sales activities in order to achieve given targets.
o Assess customer needs and make appropriate product recommendations.
o Assist customers in their financial planning.
o Ensure that current and prospective customers have a consistently superior Citibank experience.
Requirements:
* Qualifications:
o Has strong passionate in sales and service oriented
o Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university and a minimum GPA of 3.00; Overseas University will be considered
o Familiarity with lifestyle of the affluent market
o Ability to build and maintain business networks effectively
o Excellent verbal and written English
o High level of integrity, confidence, persistence, and dedication
o Strong interpersonal and communications skills
o Has experience in managed team minimal 1.5 years
* REQUIEREMENTS:
o Bachelor Degree from reputable University
o Have at least 3year experience in Banking Sales
o Have a good communication in English and Bahasa
o Strong in Communication and Negotiation skills
o Strong leadership, results oriented, hard working, highly motivated and ability to work under pressure
o Had a WAPERD and AAJI license
